Harvest 3.0 Platform, also called ZhenLiang Platform, is a product built by JLL, it is China's first SaaS platform for real estate asset valuation and management.
Two weeks before the launch of the Harvest Platform, I was brought on board to address critical issues such as a confusing information structure, flawed user flow, and suboptimal UI design. The main objectives of the project were to streamline the information architecture and user flow, enhance the UI design to be more visually appealing, and ensure the product was launched on time to meet the deadline.
Upon reviewing their original designs, I identified several areas for improvement:
1. The dashboard interface could be improved by placing all the tabs on the left side for a more organized look.
2. The font, font size, and image layouts should be unified to create a clean and tidy reading sequence.
3. The user flow should be simplified to reduce the frequency of redirection and navigation.
4. The color scheme should be unified to create a more cohesive and branded look.
We enhanced the user flow and refined the information architecture to provide a more intuitive experience. We also made the language more accessible and user-friendly for customers who may have limited knowledge of property evaluation.
